Where possible, our computer repair services are done in your home or office. We know needing repairs done can be frustrating, so you don’t really need to worry about taking your computer or tech equipment to a shop or service centre. This is our way of making this process as stress-free as possible.
Most of our computer repair services can be completed right in front of you. If by chance the problem is more severe than first anticipated we will take your computer back to our workshop for a full diagnostic.
We want you to know what’s going on so we will provide you with updates through the process. We will also provide you with a full report of the problem before any work is carried out.
