Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent client service as the face of Stellar Digital/Tech whilst supporting client IT environments (both remote and onsite)
  • Research, diagnosis and delivery of effective resolution to common IT problems to a range of small to medium enterprises
  • Assist your team with workshop functions such as new system builds, diagnostic troubleshooting, hardware upgrades, and software repairs and refreshes
  • Liaise with a range of system users, suppliers, software and hardware vendors on matters relevant to the effective delivery of IT services
  • Monitor and update records and SOPs using our business applications and support tools
  • Provide expert ICT technical support, both from our office and client sites
  • Assist with technical website and hosting services and procedures
  • Document actions & resolutions, as well as follow-up with clients

The Ideal Candidate Will

  1. Possess 3-5+ years of prior experience as an IT Technician or higher within business environments.
  2. Be able to manage Microsoft 365 tenancies, including Entra, Intune and SharePoint operations, migrations, setup, deployment and ongoing compliance.
  3. Have attention to detail and ability to contribute to the SOP documentation culture, while practicing and engaging in ITIL practices.
  4. Be customer centric and a non-technical talker for client facing discussions and consultations – That is, being able to break-down technical words/jargon into easy-to-understand explanations.
  5. Possess strong engagement/communication skills for face-to-face client meetings, walk-ins, on-site visits, remote support, and overall client management.
    Proficiency in sales/quoting, procuring, building, configuring solutions (cloud, email, file sharing) and hardware (computers, IP cameras & networking systems).
  6. Have demonstrated ability to manage and delegate work within a team, handling support tickets and project management to decrease ticket open times.

MSP, Helpdesk & networking experience is highly desirable.
