Email Setup

Email Notes:

IMAP email access coordinates between the server and your mail application – like cloud-based email.

Messages that have been received/read/deleted/replied are synchronised on the Server and all email devices simultaneously.

Apply the above setting using the IMAP protocol on all your devices (Desktop, Laptop, IPhone, Samsung etc)

In any Browser (at any time), add the following into the address bar:

<Your Domain Name>/webmail

Login using your email address and password.

• Open Outlook.
• Click the File tab.
• In the Info category, click Add Account
• Enter your full email address
• Under Advanced Options
• Click Let me setup my account manually then click Connect.
• Click IMAP, and then click Next.
• Then enter your provided password if option is available.
• Outlook should now auto configure, but if prompted please see below instructions:
• Under IMAP Account Settings enter the domain of your email address for both Incoming mail & Outgoing mail Server
• Tick Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)
• Apply Port Numbers: 993 (incoming) and 465 (outgoing)
  E.g.
  
• Click Next
• Enter your provided email password
• Click Connect

• Open Settings
• Find Mail settings
• Tap Add Account.
• Tap Other.
• Tap Add Mail Account.
• Complete the Name, Address (email address), Password and Description fields.
• Click Next.
• Ensure IMAP is selected.
• Enter your incoming mail server information:
  • Hostname <Your Domain Name>
  • Username is your full email address
  • Password (provided)
• Enter your outgoing mail server information:
  • Hostname <Your Domain Name>
  • Username is your full email address
  • Password (as provided)
• Tap Next.
• The Phone will attempt to establish a connection to the mail server. If this succeeds you should see a confirmation notification on the screen.
• Tap the Home button.
• Tap the Mail App to check your configuration and see Emails
